Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

2. Our concierge team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Limited edition and sale items are final sale.
